Returns & Cancellations Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, log in to your account at https://account.marettiofficial.com, open your order, and submit a return or cancellation request. You may also cancel any order before it has been fulfilled.

Returning Items You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at the time of your request.

Refunds Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the original purchase price including standard outbound shipping within 14 days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items back.

Exemptions Certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
